3.2. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or technician availability.
3.3. Customers must provide accurate information about their appliance and issue to ensure proper service.
3.4. A service fee may apply for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
4.1. Service fees are determined based on the type of service, complexity of repair, and parts required.
4.2. All fees must be paid upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.3. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments as specified at the time of service.
4.4. Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours service, or travel outside our standard service area.
5.1. All repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor as specified in our warranty policy.
5.2. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
5.3. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and may require inspection by our technicians.
5.4. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or loss of use during repair periods.
6.1. Customers must ensure safe access to the appliance requiring service.
6.2. Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance and issue.
6.3. Customers must be present during scheduled service appointments or make arrangements for access.
6.4. Customers are responsible for backing up any data or settings that may be lost during repair.
7.1. Cootech Solution's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7.4. We are not responsible for damage to appliances that occurs during normal use after repair.
8.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Customer information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.3. We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data.
9.1. Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
9.2. Refunds for completed services are subject to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
9.3. No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed satisfactorily.
9.4. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
10.1. We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.
10.2. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
10.3. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
11.3. Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
12.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
12.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12.4. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
